• Coordinate and manage all logistics for youth and academy soccer matches, including scheduling, transportation, and communication with players, coaches, and parents.
• Organize training sessions, tournaments, and events to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants.

• Assisted the head coach with training sessions, match preparation, and performance analysis.
• Scouted and identified talented players for academy recruitment (U9–U14).
• Led the Growth & Maturation program for talent identification and player development, applying methodologies such as biobanding (training optimization, and injury prevention)
• Delivered individualized technical-tactical training sessions, as well as position-specific training by field unit (e.g., defenders, midfielders, forwards).
