Happy to contribute from a different role to this organization that does so much good for the business/entrepreneurial ecosystem in Uruguay.

For the first years I was leading product development hands on with all the hardware and software involved in our smart lockers solution. Over the years I ended up moving out from product to become the liaison between marketing, sales, and our tech department, including onboarding and integrations between our team and our customer's.

Developed and taught from scratch a course for Founders and people who wanted to improve their skills with tools that can help improve digital transformation in their businesses. The list of tools included: Gen AI, No Code, Low Code, CRM, Email Marketing, Google Cloud, Google Scripts, Zapier and Asana among others

In charge of the development and implementation of technology products in the industry such as:
- Pick and Put to Light technology for large logistics centers
- Sorter for automatic parcel distribution at the Postal Logistics Plant of the ANC
- Identifying and implementing various automation systems for the plant, to improve output and performance.

Together with the other members of the board, we aimed to achieve the widest possible dissemination of this sport in Uruguay. We are promoting chess in schools across the entire country. We organize one international event per year, with the 2017 World Youth Championship standing out, where we hosted over 700 participants from 54 countries for 14 days.
