  • Process office payments and other financial transactions.
  • Consolidate and monitor monthly cashflows for all CO areas.
  • Process cash receipts and reconcile income contributions to ensure their timely deposit and recording in UNICEF systems.

  • Maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
  • Maintain a system to monitor and forecast periodic cash requirements. Provide current information on cash position/forecast to management and make recommendations to ensure sufficient availability of resources for programmes and operations activities.
  • Prepare financial exception reports, highlight unusual activities and transactions, investigate anomalies and keep supervisor informed for timely action.
  • Advise and assist in the preparation of reports, compilation of data and answering queries on financial matters.
  • Prepare reports as required for budget preparation.
  • Perform regular financial monitoring and reporting of PFP activities.
  • Preparation of monthly financial monitoring report and send monthly income allocations to PFP Geneva.
