In my most recent project at Salesforce, I served as Product Owner for the successful implementation of Agentforce, an AI-powered conversational agent deployed within the Partner Community. Launched on March 26th, Agentforce offers 24/7 support to partners by addressing inquiries related to the Salesforce Partnership Program, and other relevant topics. A major enhancement included the release of Trial Org Extensions via Agentforce on April 11th, enabling partners to request Trial Org extensions directly through the agent. This feature streamlined the previous manual case submission process, improving efficiency and user experience.

Key Achievements:

  • Handled over 8,000 conversations, engaging more than 2,000 unique users.
  • Facilitated 200+ Trial Org Extension requests via Agentforce since launch.
  • Achieved 20% adoption of Trial Org Extensions submissions through Agentforce, with continued weekly growth.
  • Positioned Agentforce as the 12th most-used agent globally across Salesforce’s ~100 AI agents.

Additionally, I contributed to defining key performance metrics for the Partnership Scorecard, Salesforce’s primary tool for measuring and tracking partner performance worldwide. This scorecard aggregates admin-defined metrics across categories such as sales, marketing, and customer success, providing a comprehensive overview of partner contributions.
