Launched on March 26th, Agentforce offers 24/7 support to partners by addressing inquiries related to the Salesforce Partnership Program, and other relevant topics. A major enhancement included the release of Trial Org Extensions via Agentforce on April 11th, enabling partners to request Trial Org extensions directly through the agent. This feature streamlined the previous manual case submission process, improving efficiency and user experience.

Additionally, I contributed to defining key performance metrics for the Partnership Scorecard, Salesforce’s primary tool for measuring and tracking partner performance worldwide. This scorecard aggregates admin-defined metrics across categories such as sales, marketing, and customer success, providing a comprehensive overview of partner contributions.
