As a Sr Talent Advisor I manage end to end TA processes and serve as the main point of contact for HM, candidates and various HR colleagues.
Perform intake calls with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions- seeks to clarify the position, specific requirements, and the opportunity beyond the job description and serve as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates sourcing plans and recruiting timelines.
Work directly with leaders to understand challenges, business priorities and define sourcing strategies and work plans.
Build a qualified candidate profile and present slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLA.
Manage the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and direct sourced candidates.

Hire candidates in the manufacturing environment:
Operators, electricians, material planners/coordinators, technicians, warehouse coordinators, maintenance..

• Recruitment activities, execute staffing strategies to provide qualified and diverse candidates for all positions in the region
• Search active and passive candidates focusing on providing ones that match each position’s requirements
• Work hand in hand with hiring recruiters and managers to understand company´s needs
• Daily activities include searching and uploading resumes to ATS and screening candidates to test their experience and personality making sure they fit the company's culture
• Analyze candidate’s resumes and cover letters to make sure their experience fit all requirements perfectly
