• Focus on Global Project (Implementation of latest SAP system - S/4Hana and restructuring of the business organization of the company).

- Support on Berlin UAT for Wave 0 and Wave 1 from Montevideo.

- International business trip for 2 months in Berlin (stabilization of Wave 0 and preparation for Wave 1).

- Focal point for PC&IV in the implementation of the Project in Montevideo Hub.

- Training for the team on project-related topics and preparation for Wave 3 UAT.

- Documentation related to the project and creation of desktop procedures for Montevideo and Berlin Hubs.

- Support of Berlin MEC activities for 3 months after returning to Montevideo.

• Focal point for PC&IV for Starlight implementation in Montevideo Hub.
• Collaboration with the Automation team in the creation of solutions to adapt and replace the tools that were used in the previous system
• Focal of: US02, MX01, CO04, BR0C, UY01 & CR01 for PC&IV.
• PC&IV support for BASF businesses.
• Monthly analysis of inventory values and cost of good solds deviations (PUP, Process orders, Not Distributed and Cost Estimate).
• Smart close and APX focal for PC&IV, used for automating MEC activities.
• Support in Variance Analysis Tool developing, working with colleagues of Berlin, KL and GD to ensure the correct operation of the tool.
• Participation on Extended Community+ meetings.

• Responsible of the design, planning and test control for the audits.
• Management and coordination of the audit team, including the evaluation process of the team members
• Preparation and review of financial statement assemblies, including the proposal of accounting adjustments.
• Participation in audit tasks, limited review, agreed-upon audit procedures, and referral.
• Execution of substantive tests according to the work plan, valuation of assets and liabilities, review of documentation, and accounts reconciliation.
• Participation and coordination of physical inventory activities.
