I’m a 30-year-old IT technician from Uruguay. I’ve been working in the IT sector for the past 8 years, 3 of them in Cuba and the other 5 in Uruguay. During that time, I’ve been a Customer Support Representative for a large company, providing both on-site and online support which includes: Managing and responding to customer requests, ticket management taking into account level of priority, instruct customers through remote desktop support, email, chat, phone call and video, assist the Customer Experience team with managing their accounts as needed, innovate creative solutions to day-time tech inconvenient, repair computers and laptops, which includes multiple OS installation from scratch, network management and advanced routing.
I'm a technology enthusiast, so I bought a 3D printer a long time ago. Started studying electronics related to it, as well as improving the models, and that became an extra income until giving rise to a 3D printing farm.
