Designed and engineered a decoupled commercial ecosystem that automates the entire B2B sales funnel. The platform eliminates repetitive manual tasks, filtering low-intent traffic and enabling sales agents to focus strictly on closing high-value, pre-qualified deals.

● Step 1 (Traffic Filtering): Integrated OpenAI's API on a React frontend to handle general inquiries, completely removing repetitive administrative loops for the sales team.

● Step 2 (Instant Budgeting): Developed a dual-track scoping engine (AI natural language processing + structured forms) to provide instant dynamic price estimates to users.

● Step 3 (Data Ingestion): Built a Spring Boot backend using Hexagonal Architecture to parse incoming JSON webhooks and automatically score leads based on urgency and project value.

● Step 4 (Access Control): Implemented Spring Security with session-based authentication, BCrypt password hashing, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce hierarchical data visibility across agents and admin roles.

● Step 5 (Document Automation): Engineered data pipelines using JdbcTemplate with JSONB storage in PostgreSQL, mapping raw parameters via Jackson serialization to auto-generate comprehensive, pre-filled commercial PDF proposals.

● Step 6 (One-Click Closing): Integrated an omni-channel UI via Chatwoot and Twilio WhatsApp API, allowing agents to adjust details and dispatch the completed PDF with a single click.
