- In my role as Manager of the Global Capacity Team, I have been integral to shaping and executing our long-term capacity strategy.
- Currently, my focus is on developing tools and solutions for the entire capacity area, acting as the main Product Owner improving existing systems, and creating new AI bots to enhance the experience of candidates, talent, and employees.
- I am also responsible for designing and refining processes related to Capacity Operations to ensure they are efficient and aligned with business goals, leading a team of 5 Senior Specialists including Business Intelligence Analysts, overseeing the creation of dashboards in Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
