Professional Profile . Throughout my years of experience, I have participated in a wide variety of medium and large-sized projects in various business sectors, covering national and international markets, which has allowed me to develop great adaptability and versatility. The roles I have performed are varied, starting with analysis, where I have conducted tasks such as surveying, specifying, validating, and verifying requirements, as well as modeling and redesigning processes. Likewise, I have created the documentation of manuals (for users, configuration, and installation) for software for all types of systems. I have also carried out pre-sale activities, including preparing commercial proposals and producing and presenting commercial demos nationally and internationally. I have planned and managed reengineering and process redesign projects.
