Participated in the preparation of technical documentation of public projects in Uruguay and Peru to be submitted to international bidding (2 hospitals, 2 schools, 2 industrial facilities, 1 energy network facility). Works involved detail study of tender documents, coordinate stakeholders, consolidate documents for presentation and preparation of narrative for management procedures and execution plan documents

Worked as a PM managing engineering teams ranging from five to ten people with the goal of implementing ERP system. Led more than 50 projects to a successful delivery in the last 4 years. Task involved: effective communications, stakeholders management, requirements gathering and participation in SOW elaboration, EVM reporting and risk management

Worked as Assistant PM of the engineering team in charge of the tropicalization of a Data Center project in Uruguay consisting of 16 people from different disciplines. Works involved managing stakeholders, prepare, coordinate and conduct meetings with the different disciplines involved, decision tracking, EVM reporting and documentary control

Furniture and interior design (for a design store and a Science Museum in Montevideo Uruguay)

Residential: Design and development of CDs of individual house restoration and summer houses for private owners, also Permit Manager

Commercial/Industrial: Development of project design, CDs and Permission management for commercial facilities

Worked as Design Architect and PM for the Marel Offices Uruguay Project which consisted of a 500 m2 office construction. Works involved: preliminar work with the client to determine requirements; develop executive plans and technical specs for construction; elaborate bid documents. Assist with permission management. Assist during construction managing contractors and ellaborating budget and schedule reports

Worked as Permission Manager. Works also involved assesment to local bakeries in order to meet all building requirements related to food industry

Collaborated in the preparation of technical specs for residential projects in Valencia, Spain.

Pregraduate work as drafter of CD plans of interior architecture projects in high end buildings in Argentina.
