The software product based on MS Access for the fishing company 'Antey'. The software product was created on the MS Access platform for the Antey fishing group of companies. The purpose of the product is to keep records of the company's foreign economic activity, including the registration and accounting of products for export, import of goods and repair of fishing vessels, interaction with other departments of the company through data exchange, including the generation of documents for exchange in the formats of other programs used by departments and government agencies. The introduction of automation has reduced the time for registration of goods and services several times. Due to the introduction of internal checks in the software product, it was possible to achieve a significant reduction in the number of errors. All this saved time and money for the company. The database is a relational database with a primary key and additional keys, with automatic updating of links in the database tables. The 'philosophy' of the database is based on the creation of a 'task' for employees of the foreign economic activity department. The 'task' is assigned a unique code, it is filled with data and documents necessary for its solution. The software product allows you to: enter and save data, archive data in separate archive folders on a network drive after the task is fully completed, generate documents in MS Word, MS Excel, pdf, html formats and perform many other tasks. A search for a 'task' by any related document has been implemented, automatic download of exchange rate data from the Central Bank web portal has been implemented. Financial costs for a 'task' are calculated to reserve the company's financial resources to solve the task. Reports are generated for the company's management, statistics and analysis of performance results are maintained, and much more. This product was created exclusively by the author Oleg Iurasov, Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Service, based on his many years of experience in creating similar products to optimize and analyze processes in various companies, including his own.
