Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in managing client orders, contracts, and billing while continuously seeking to improve service quality. My role in Quality Support allowed me to work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot product and service issues, as well as conducting research to enhance customer satisfaction.
In the following 10 years, I transitioned to a freelance career as an Italian translator, primarily focusing on documents for Italian citizenship. During this time, I continued to prioritize excellent customer service by supporting and guiding my clients through the complex process of documentation and ensuring they felt supported during the process.This experience improved my ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations and deliver reliable support.
In recent years, I have embraced entrepreneurship, founding a business in the gift boxes industry and participating in mentoring programs for female entrepreneurs. I have also expanded my expertise in interior design, leveraging my creativity and attention to detail in various personal projects. Additionally, I manage rental properties, where I apply my skills in customer service and property improvement to quickly secure tenants.
