During this time, I continued to prioritize excellent customer service by supporting and guiding my clients through the complex process of documentation and ensuring they felt supported during the process.This experience improved my ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations and deliver reliable support.

In recent years, I have embraced entrepreneurship, founding a business in the gift boxes industry and participating in mentoring programs for female entrepreneurs. I have also expanded my expertise in interior design, leveraging my creativity and attention to detail in various personal projects. Additionally, I manage rental properties, where I apply my skills in customer service and property improvement to quickly secure tenants.
