Summary

Leading an organization with nearly two thousand employees and an annual budget exceeding twelve billion pesos, which addresses highly complex issues and emergencies, has undoubtedly provided me with significant skills. For example, prioritizing actions and budgets, working with a sense of urgency, organizing and coordinating teams, managing emotions and egos, controlling stress and pressure in critical situations, making complex decisions, and handling media exposure. I understood how the State works, I learned to navigate bureaucracy in order to implement projects and reforms, and make public statements in extreme situations.

Volunteer experiences

  • Rugby Coach, Bologna and Rome Adult Prisons (Italy), 2018 - 2019.

Training incarcerated individuals in two Italian prisons taught me about the potential for self-determination development through the discovery of personal character strengths. It reinforced the capacity of individuals to rediscover themselves, recognize their place within something greater, and assume an active and responsible role for the benefit of what they now belong to.

  • Volunteer experiences in Ethiopia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

These experiences have been fundamental in shaping my character, sense of justice, and personal development.

  • Columnist at "Radio Oriental" 770 AM (Uruguay), "En Perspectiva RadioMundo" 1170 AM (Uruguay), "Semanario VOCES", 2015 - 2019.
